Vaxxen Labs Keto 1 is a dietary supplement that can be taken by customers to shift their body into a ketogenic state. A ketogenic state, also known as ketosis is when the body preferentially burns fat as a source of energy over carbohydrates. This metabolic state has been associated with improved energy levels. The three ketone salts (first three ingredients) together make up 11.7 grams per serving. The next 4 ingredients are part of what the manufacturer calls their supercharged matrix, which provides 2.4 g per serving.

Ketone salts are very effective at inducing ketosis according to scientific literature. When they get into the blood they split off into the mineral part which is involved in muscle contraction and into the ketone part which is the beta-hydroxybutyrate. High levels of beta-hydroxybutyrate in the blood cause the body to preferentially burn fats compared to carbohydrates. The other ingredients in the supplement are helpful for ketosis as they can be used as an energy source.

Directions

Vaxxen Labs Keto 1 comes in a powder form. One heaped scoop of this supplement can be added to between 12 and 16 oz of cold water. The manufacturer says that the supplement can be taken with or without food.

The price of one container of Vaxxen Labs Keto 1, which is 30 servings is $69.99. This price does not appear to include shipping and taxes. The manufacturer does have a loyalty program which customers can sign up to receive special discounts and coupons.

This supplement is not intended for use by children, are pregnant and nursing mothers who have not sought the advice of a healthcare professional. Anyone who has a long-term condition should also consult their physician before taking this supplement.

Different Types of Keto Diets

What all of these types of the keto diet have in common is their goal to get your body into the natural metabolic state of ketosis so you can burn fat, instead of carbs, for energy.

Standard ketogenic diet (SKD)

Consuming a high-fat, moderate-protein and low-carb diet. The percentages of your daily diet should be about 75% fat, 20% protein and 5% carbs.
