It does this by causing the body to go into ketosis, which is when it uses fat as an energy source rather than carbohydrates. RSP Keto BHB is taken in a capsule form. Four capsules can be taken every day, preferably on an empty stomach and before exercise. The serving can be taken at any time during the day. The manufacturer has noted that better results are achieved when customers combine the supplement with a ketogenic diet.

240 capsules can be purchased online for $49.99. This manufacturer does not offer any discounts for buying in bulk but they do have a loyalty program where customers can earn points and get discounts for that.

Different Types of Keto Diets

What all of these types of the keto diet have in common is their goal to get your body into the natural metabolic state of ketosis so you can burn fat, instead of carbs, for energy.
